Josh is a highly skilled real estate professional with broad experience across a range of real estate assets, with a focus on multifamily. Over his career Josh has built out investment platforms for Canadian student housing, US multifamily, and has been involved in underwriting, debt placement and acquisitions in the US, UK, Canada and Caribbean. Josh's most recent experience is as Director of Finance at Gold Wynn Residential, a Bahamas based real estate private equity company with a portfolio over $1.5 billion and as a founding member of Blue Dawn Properties. He holds a BCom in Real Estate Finance from the University of British Columbia, a JD from the University of Western Ontario and has been a member of the Ontario Bar since 2018.

Josh Wynn

Jennifer is a founding member and head of property operations for Blue Dawn’s real estate portfolio. She combines strong analytical and management skills with a BA in Mathematics and a BEd. She began her real estate career managing student rental properties in Toronto and went on to found an Airbnb management company. With experience in overseeing multifamily properties in Western New York and Oklahoma, Jennifer now focuses on optimizing operations and managing value add programs in Oklahoma.

Jen Daechsel

Mark is an accomplished academic and real estate professional. He holds a BA and MA in Pure Mathematics from SUNY Potsdam in New York, an MSc in Applied Mathematics from the University of Toronto, and an ABD in Applied Mathematics with a concentration in Probability from York University. Mark is a founding member of Blue Dawn Properties and has worked on the acquisition and operation of student housing in Toronto and multifamily residential assets in Western New York State and Oklahoma. Mark has extensive experience managing deal underwriting and financial modelling, as well as handling investor reporting.
